•If you would like to provide any details about your loved one, please do so in the note at the time of ordering. Creating memorial pieces is very personal and meaningful work for me, and I would be honored to keep anything that you are willing to share in mind as I complete this piece for you. Photos, songs, and stories are all welcome.

•Once your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to provide instructions on how to send us a small amount of your pet's ashes. Any unused ashes will be returned to you with the completed piece.

•This item is made to order and orders are produced and shipped in the order in which they are received. All efforts will be made to complete and ship your order as soon as possible and within 2 weeks, as soon as ashes are received. If we anticipate that our production queue will require a longer wait we will reach out and let you know. Feel free to contact us in advance of your purchase if you are concerned about shipping time!

•All of our products are handblown in our studio on the Eastern Shore of Maryland by Matt and Alyssa. We never use pre-made or shaped items as the basis for our work - everything starts as raw borosilicate glass rod/tube and is shaped and assembled by hand and annealed for durability.

•All items are made with high quality borosilicate glass (the same material as Pyrex). This glass is highly resistant to physical and chemical wear and thermal shock and with proper care can last a lifetime! Please handle with as much care as you would handle any glass object - although borosilicate is a durable material, it is still breakable!

•All items are made by hand and will vary slightly. Please expect minor variations in size, shape, and color from product photos.
